The replacement pads in this collection can be worn as butt and/or hip padding because the oblong and oval pad shapes are appropriate for both butt and hip enhancement. It's important to note that all the pads in this collection are designed to be inserted into the pockets of a "pocket-panty" (to hold the pads in place).
